Our Policies

Your appointments are very important to us at Echo Beauty, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully ask for at least a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel your appointment less then 48 hour’s will result in a 20% fee . If you give 24 hour or less that will result in 50% of the cost of service you were booked for. If you No Show you will have to pay a 75% fee before you can reschedule. We understand that emergencies occur, and waving your cancellation fee will be determined for each case given the circumstances. 

 

If you choose to not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit, and will need to pay another $20 booking fee to reschedule.

Because we value your time, we would like to extend the same respect we ask to you for appointment cancellations. If for any reason we need to cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we do offer 10% off your next scheduled color or extension appointment. 

If you choose to not show up for an appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged a 75% fee for the services booked. A $20 booking fee is also required to reschedule, and you will be asked to put a card on file, for future appointments. After 2 No Call No Show appointments, you may be asked to not return, or to pay for your entire booked appointment upfront. This will be left to the stylists discretion.

Late appointment Policy

Trust us we get it, shit happens and people run late, it happens to us all the time. We realize we are human and that some things in life are unpredictable. In order for us to be as respectful as possible to everyones time, we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, or at least let us know if you are running late. We will extend that same respect to you. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment we may need to adjust your services in order to not run behind for our next appointments, if this is a habitual habit, we will begin to schedule a buffer to your appointment time of 15 minutes, that you will be charged for as a service. As an extension of our gradated for your patience if waiting for us in the salon, we will be offering appreciation to you if we run behind with no notice.

Redo policy

We take great pride in our work, but understand that sometimes lines get crossed and adjustments need to be made. We ask that you lets us know immediately if something needs shifted, attended too, or if communication was off. We will adjust any of our work that falls in your stylist session timeline within 10 days of your initial appointment. If our stylists have achieved the final look you have discussed and agreed upon during the consultation, but you have changed you mind about what you want, your stylist will have to charge you for a new service. We want you to be happy with the quality of your hair, and are always willing to correct our mistakes.

Consultation agreements will be upheld, so if your stylist told you that your desired look will take 3 sessions, we will not "redo" your hair for free, because it doesn't look like your inspiration. You are paying for the process it takes to get to your goal, not just the outcome.
